
TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Sienta la Cabeza is a small format street show. The best position for it is in a square or central space that allows easy access for the public.
·STAGE 4M X 6M X 0.80 -1M high and level in order to ensure the stability and safety of the mirror. It should be set up as far as posible from wind or air currents. IT IS IMPORTANT THAT THE HEIGHT IS NOT LESS THAN 0.80M AND DOES NOT EXCEED 1M, as it is better for the show when there is closer contact with the audience.
·STEPS SITUATED IN FRONT OF THE STAGE so that the public can have easy access.
.In the event of RAIN or INTENSE SUN, PROTECTIVE COVERING FOR THE STAGE IS ESSENTIAL..
·2 LIGHT TOWERS situated on either side of the stage 1M from the front, each 5M high, with 6 SPOTLIGHTS, ROCKET, in each tower. The colours of the filters are: 4 BLUE (No. 165) 4 AMBAR (No. 147) and 4 WHITE (No. 201). FRONTAL LIGHTING IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.
·ILLUMINATION is essential after 18:00, or when it gets dark.
·2000W PA, MONITORS and STANDARD MIXING DESK, with JACK CONNECTIONS to the DJ's desk.
·1 ELECTRICITY POINT for the DJ.
·2 ELECTRICITY POINTS with TWO 3-SOCKET ADAPTORS fixed to the ground next to each chair. These points are for 2 hairdryers which use 1500W each. PLEASE NOTE THAT WHEN BOTH ARE RUN AT THE SAME TIME THEY WILL USE 3000W.
THE STAGE, P.A. AND LIGHTS SHOULD BE SET UP AND READY 3 AND A HALF HOURS BEFORE THE SHOW BEGINS SO THAT THE COMPANY CAN SETUP ITS STAGE EQUIPMENT AND CHECK THE LIGHT AND SOUND
Once the company has set up and checked the lights and sound, 2 HOURS PREPARATION TIME IS REQUIRED IN THE DRESSING ROOM BEFORE THE SHOW, and during this time A SECURITY MONITOR is needed to watch the stage.
·1 SECURITY MONITOR to watch the stage during the show. It is important that the steps are kept free.
·WELL CONDITIONED DRESSING ROOM with GOOD ILLUMINATION, MIRROR and TOILET near the performance area.
.In the event of 2 OR MORE CONSECUTIVE SHOWS, it is convenient if the mirror structure, DJ table and chairs can be stored without dismantling them.
It is the responsibility of the organisation to meet the technical requirements for the show. In the event of any problems the company should be consulted a minimum of 15 days before the event.
.The company cannot assume responsibility for the punctuality of the beginning of the show if the setup timetable is not met.
